It's hard to write about a session that is so near and dear to my heart. Chelsea (of Chelsea Anderson Photography) is one of my best friends in the area. We've known each other since college, although we should've met in high school since we lived in the same city! When I found out a few years ago that she was moving from Northern Virginia to Norfolk, I was overjoyed...I never knew what our friendship would become.
I could say (and have said) so many things about how amazing Chelsea is, and how near and dear she and Scott are to me and Nathan. We have laughed together, cried together, supported, encouraged, cheered each other on, and not let the fact that we are photographers in the same city change our relationship one iota.
In December I had the privilege to witness Chelsea as a mom when her precious son, Noah Preston, was born. I'll be honest - I wasn't prepared. It is beautiful to see a girl become a wife, and a wife become a mom. Noah has quickly captured her heart, and Scott's as well. I was so honored to photograph their in-home lifestyle session, and above all I'm simply blessed to have these three in my life.
Chelsea - there are no words. You are a beautiful example of putting Christ first, family second, and letting everything fall into line after that. I'm so blessed to see how the Lord has already changed your heart and expanded your love in tremendous ways, and I know that Noah is beyond blessed to have you as his mom. I love you so very much.
