I have a confession: I did something kind of silly. Last year I invested in the 105mm macro, which I pull out for approximately 5-10 minutes during weddings and engagements. And let’s just say…it was a pretty big investment. This year, I wanted to make sure the lens was worth what I paid – so I worked on getting killer ring shots first to serve my brides and grooms, and then to push myself creatively!
What happened was fantastic for me and for my couples. With each engagement session or wedding, I continued to find new places for the rings – my absolute favorite this year has been the shots in tulle. Scroll down to see what I mean!
