Sometimes, you just need a break. Sometimes, you have one too many things on your plate, and then something else is added.
Sometimes, there's not enough time in the day to finish everything, and when you get to the end of the day you realize you really didn't finish anything at all.
Sometimes, the weekend feels like it's only a few hours long. Sometimes, the week feels like it lasts about a month.
Sometimes, you face big disappointments in the middle of the day, and you just have to keep moving and doing and going.
Sometimes, you go to sleep and wake up with your mind racing, and the sleep in between wasn't that great either.
Sometimes, you need someone else to convince you to calm down, slow down, and that this, too, shall pass. Sometimes, you need a friend to sit with, laugh with, and talk with to forget why you were ever so stressed in the first place.
Sometimes, you need a break. And it's ok to admit that, today and any day you feel like everything's piling up. Sometimes, you just have to know and believe that everything is going to be just fine, even if you don't quite feel it yet.
