Rob and Lauren's wedding day was years in the making, with a relationship that begin as 'just friends' and slowly continued to grow until the day he finally asked her to be his future bride. She said yes and they began to plan a winter wedding (I was a January bride, too!) followed by a warm Jamaican getaway.
What they didn't plan was an unfortunate accident a few weeks before their special day that left Lauren with a broken ankle and several changes in store. Shoes changed from Badgley Mischkas to sparkly Kate Spades. Bridesmaids spent hours bedazzling the boot she would wear for the reception. Thankfully, though, two things would stay the same: Lauren would be able to walk down the aisle, and at the end Rob would be waiting for her. With those details firmly in place, she met the day with a smile and didn't let her circumstances take away from the most special day of her life.
Kiln Creek Golf Club was decked to the nines with gorgeous burgundy and blush details that made for a perfectly seasonal wedding. Pink roses made the day elegant, and adorable fox details for his last name were a unique touch to a wedding that was all their own. At the end of the day, what everyone will most remember were the sweet moments at the altar as Rob and Lauren became husband and wife, the hilarious and emotional toasts given by their siblings, and the way they looked at each other under twinkling lights and sparklers, ready to begin their future together.
Rob and Lauren, what a privilege to see your love take the next big step. Keep your sense of humor, your love for life, and your commitment to the Lord, and the rest of your marriage will be as happy years from now as it was the day you said I do.

Back at the venue, we luckily had golf carts to transport us everywhere, so we got tons of portraits before the sun set!
After sweet first dances, the fun began...I love these two and their sense of humor!
We got to head out later in the evening and take a few portraits under twinkling lights...and oh how beautiful it was!
