Today, I'm going to get out of the way on my blog and let Hands Producing Hope do all the talking. HPH is a non-profit organization founded by my dear friend Becca several years ago. It is a company that empowers women in Costa Rica to produce beautiful art in exchange for a livelihood and a better tomorrow. It is a cause I strongly believe in.
Taken from their website: When you purchase from Hands Producing Hope, you are not just receiving a uniquely handcrafted product. You are providing consistent dignified work, training and income, life skills workshops, educational opportunities, and spiritual guidance. You are providing hope to our artisans. We hope to connect consumers, like yourself, to the special people who make your fair trade goods.
HPH has grown like wildfire in the recent years, and this year they announced a big goal - to expand all the way over in Rwanda and support women in the local economy there. They are currently holding an Indiegogo campaign that will provide the support necessary to launch in a whole different continent. Friends, this is huge! One small company, started as a dream a few years ago, is employing women all over the world!
I know you came for the giveaway, so I'll get to that right now! But before then, do a favor for me. Visit their website here and check out their Indiegogo campaign here to see how their little company is changing the world. Then head over to my instagram (@mariagracephotography) or theirs (@handsproducinghope). Follow both myself and HPH on Instagram, then follow the instructions to enter to win this gorgeous gray slouch t-shirt and the cutest little prints. Ready, set, GO!
