I've had couples travel to Hampton Roads for their engagement session before, but never has a couple gone further than Josh and Lauren, who came all the way from England! They were spending a relaxing week at the beach with her family and knew they wanted to capture their engagement session at the Outer Banks, a place where beautiful memories will forever live in their hearts.

We met in the morning at Jennette's Pier on the most perfect day. Lauren, a beach girl at heart, loved dipping her feet in the water and laughing as they strolled down the sandy shores. Josh, meanwhile, has an equal love for gorgeous greenery so we headed over to the Elizabethan Gardens afterward for a change of pace. I loved both locations, and even more importantly I loved getting to know these two who are laughing and joking nonstop - which is totally who I am at heart, too!

Josh and Lauren, thanks for taking me on a mini adventure during an international trip of your own. I know it's bittersweet to head home, but in the very near future you'll be visiting for your wedding day - and it's going to be beautiful!
