Two Rivers Country Club Wedding | Williamsburg Wedding Photographer | Will + Megan

Two Rivers Country Club Wedding | Williamsburg Wedding Photographer | Will + Megan

Will and Megan met in an unconventional way - on a cold November night during an intramural college football game. It didn't take long for them to realize how perfect they were for each other, and 4 years later when Will won a gift certificate to a jewelry store after a free throw contest, he knew exactly what he wanted to get with his winnings. He asked, she said yes, and all of it led up to a beautiful day in June when they finally began their lives together.

Emerald BHLDN dresses and dapper tuxes for the bridal party were the perfect complements to the beautiful Two Rivers Country Club after their nuptial mass. Soft blush roses paired with baby's breath filled Megan's bouquet, and her gigantic tulle skirt made her look just like a princess. Their caring hearts were on display as well in their requests for guests to bring canned goods as donations to the Williamsburg House of Mercy...

Adelphi Mill Wedding | Maryland Wedding Photographer | Michael + Sarah

When two people are already married, you would assume that the magic of the wedding is long gone. Michael and Sarah had a quick ceremony a few months ago because of his upcoming deployment, but still planned a day to gather their friends and family together to celebrate. And oh what a day it was! Despite the fact that they were already husband and wife, Michael had the best reaction I have ever witnessed when he saw his bride walk down the aisle. He cried, he covered his eyes...he couldn't believe she was really his, even if she had been for months.

The whole wedding was a tribute to Michael and Sarah's relationship. They met in the military but bonded over their love of Fall Out 4, a video game Sarah paid homage to with incredibly intricate decorations. Their invitation suite and place settings featured old-school records, the bride's dress was both beautiful and non-traditional, and the whole wedding was so unique to who they are as a couple.

Michael and Sarah are heading off to Japan...

Intimate Smithfield Elopement | Smithfield Wedding Photographer | Xavier + Karen

While I love all the pomp and circumstance of a wedding day, there's nothing quite like an intimate elopement that makes me fall in love with photography all over again. Xavier and Karen wanted a simple, sweet ceremony that only involved their closest family as they began their journey together. They chose a private house in Smithfield at Cypress Creek Golf Course as the backdrop for a beautiful ceremony.

Each moment of their day was so special, but my favorite part is the way these two looked at each - with full excitement, joy, and love for each other. They incorporated sweet moments into their ceremony that would truly be memorable. With Xavier in his dress blues and Karen in a gorgeous wedding down with the most amazing bouquet, forever has never looked better. Read on to see more beauty from their day..
